EduCADD has a rigorous but rationalized system of selection and recruitment during the course of the company's existence. The result - strict standards when assessing an applicant's suitability and qualification for employment in conjunction with these criteria, the assessment, application, pre-screen, testing and recruitment procedure are designed to be fluid and compress the time taken for an applicant to progress through each stage. All applicants, irrespective of their previous experience, partake EduCADD screening interviews before they are handed an enrolment application form. If the applicant passes, the information recorded on the form is categorized and fed into our database. As far as possible, this information is comprehensive and detailed, sufficiently so to permit EduCADD as an exact synthesis of client requirements fashioned to project.
CANDIDATE SCRUTINY
This is the most crucial phase where the years of experience, we have, counts. We have a panel of consultants in each field working with us on full-time basis. Add to this, is another set of specialized consultants who work with us on a project-to-project basis. These highly specialized consultants, of whom there is an urgent need, are found through our extensive network of connections. Through this excellent network, we can trace the consultant (and hire) even before most recruiters can figure out where to look for them.
Furthermore, EduCADD can send relevant and applicable resumes from our vast databank, both manual & computerized, to clients. This process could be initiated in parallel with the above activities, allowing us to match your requirements in “shortest possible time”.
We have specialized consultants for:
- Personality evaluation.
- Language skills (Fluency).
- Primary tests to evaluate the social skill of the candidate.
These primary evaluation processes itself eliminates a whole lot of candidates. The next phase of the selection process involves candidates test on the vacancy skills. The candidate is evaluated on the technical issues of the vacancy.

METHODOLOGY - EMPLOYER
EduCADD follow a highly competitive & standardized methodology for the process of selecting ‘the best’ from amongst ‘the best’. This infallible methodology reflects in the confidence that the clients place on us, every time they need manpower.
Selection of the candidate is as follows:
- Receive the power of attorney (if necessary) and demand letter from the client.
- Submit the power of attorney and demand letter to the consulate and collect the name of the approved panel doctor for the country.
- Make an artwork of the advertisement.
- Get approval of the artwork from the client (optional).
- Release the advertisement in relevant newspapers having the best readership reach to target appropriate candidates.
- Receive applications, scrutinize & shortlist candidates.
- Send the short-listed candidates CVs to the client and get a list of candidates selected by them.
- Organize final interviews, from all aspects.
- Send candidates for trade test (if necessary).
- Get new list of selected candidates.
- Send candidates for medical test.
- Receive final confirmation from the client.
